Welcome to Leticia Cruz Cleaning Service LLC. By using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These govern your relationship with us and ensure clear communication, quality service, and mutual respect.

2. Services Provided

We offer residential and short-term rental cleaning services including:

Standard Residential Cleaning

Deep Cleaning

Move-In/Out Cleaning

Airbnb Turnover Cleaning

All services are provided without the use of eco-friendly products.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance via phone, email, or online (if available).

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit card, or electronic transfer.

Late payments may incur a 5% fee per week until paid in full.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Clients must ensure safe access to the property on the scheduled date.

Fragile or valuable items should be stored safely in advance.

We are not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or disclosed.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will return to address any issues at no extra cost.

7. Liability

Leticia Cruz Cleaning Service LLC is fully insured but not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or unsafe conditions in the home.

We are not responsible for damages caused by faulty equipment or materials provided by the client.

8. Privacy

Client information is kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted and are effective immediately upon publication.
